Welcome to the Hill Country!
If you rent one of our country retreats, you will have your own automatic security
gate, as well as security lights at your home in the country. Although we are only 1/2 a mile from the town of Medina (50
miles to San Antonio, 35 miles to Boerne, 23 miles to Kerrville, and 10 miles to Bandera) the property is nesseled in the
woods, back off the highway, in a peaceful setting. PLEASE MAKE NOTE: You cannot see the rental from the road,, only the neighbors
place, so you must make an appointment to view.
The driveway above is your private entrance. You have access to the beautiful Medina
River, and great swimming hole near the entrance at your private gated driveway.
We have 3 homes for rent in Medina. 2 Will be Available in a couple months (they

If you are interested in living in one of our retreats in the woods, we have an
application process which includes a credit check & criminal history report. We understand that the economy has been hard
on everyone, and take that into consideration. Applicants must be working or show proof of monthly income. We reserve
the rignt to refuse anyone we believe may not be able to afford the rent, or may cause damage to our property.
